ABOUT
Grant Jakubowski for Ward 5 City Council
As a long-time resident of Ward 5, I have seen firsthand the unique challenges and opportunities that our community faces. My deep roots in this area and my commitment to making Regina an even better place to live, work, and visit have inspired me to run for City Council.
I believe in the power of community and the importance of a strong, responsive government. My campaign is focused on four key pillars:
1. Better Use of Tax Dollars: I am committed to ensuring that our hard-earned tax dollars are spent wisely and efficiently. By prioritizing essential services and eliminating wasteful spending, we can create a more financially sustainable future for Regina.
2. Infrastructure: Our community deserves safe, reliable, and well-maintained infrastructure. I will advocate for smart investments in our roads, public transit, and community facilities to improve our quality of life.
3. Safety: Everyone in Ward 5 should feel safe in their homes, on their streets, and in their schools. I will work closely with local law enforcement and community organizations to enhance public safety through both preventative measures and responsive actions.
4. Vibrancy and Growth: Regina has the potential to be a vibrant and inviting city, and Ward 5 can lead the way. I will champion initiatives that support local businesses, foster cultural activities, and create opportunities for all residents to thrive.
With a background in sales and a proven track record of working with diverse groups, I have developed strong communication and negotiation skills. These abilities, combined with my dedication to this community, make me the ideal candidate to represent Ward 5 on Regina's City Council.
I am not just asking for your vote; I am asking for your trust. Together, we can build a stronger, safer, and more vibrant Ward
